What are your products intended for?
All BioVerra Peptides products are sold strictly for in-vitro laboratory research and analytical use by qualified researchers. They are not for human or veterinary use, are not FDA-approved, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. See our Research Use Only Policy.
What is the difference between vials and nasal format?
It is simply how the research material is packaged: sealed vials or spray-format bottles. Both are sold for laboratory research use only, and we do not provide guidance on how either format is used.
Can your team give dosing or usage advice?
No. We are a research chemical supplier, not a pharmacy or healthcare provider, and we cannot provide dosing, administration, reconstitution-for-use, or any other use guidance. We are happy to help with orders, shipping, and documentation.
How do I pay?
We accept Venmo and Zelle. After you place your order, checkout shows your payment instructions and they are emailed to you. Orders ship once payment is received. See our Terms of Sale.
How much is shipping and how fast is it?
Shipping is a $10 flat rate and free on orders of $200 or more. Every order ships with tracking. Processing times and delivery details are in our Shipping Policy.
Can I get a Certificate of Analysis?
Yes. Certificates of Analysis are available for many products and lots. Contact us with the product and your order number.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us soon after delivery with your order number and photos, and we will replace the affected items or refund them. Because these are sensitive research materials, we do not accept returns of shipped products. Details are in our Refund & Returns Policy.
